Consumer Guarantees Act (New Zealand)
If you purchased from us in New Zealand, your order is covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).
Under the CGA, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is:

Faulty or incorrect items

We’ll cover any reasonable return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, we may offer a refund or exchange at our discretion, provided that:

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer

For hygiene and safety reasons, used products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
